Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your item(s). Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must pay for the return shipping costs. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we must acquire a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Some banks/credit card companies require up to 10 days to process refunds for majority of the time you should receive your funds in a shorter time period.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We accept exchanges for incorrect sizing. If it is a mistake on our end we will ship out the correct item to you free of charge.

In the event the item is too small/too larger, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to us. At this point, we can then send you a new item in a larger/smaller size.

To return your product, please contact us at to arrange for shipping. Depending on your location we can offer a return depot in China and United Kingdom. Although, it is up to our discretion to choose which return depot your item is mailed to. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
